Mentorship program
Behind many successful professionals is someone who took the time to share their knowledge and experience. The AMA Mentorship Program brings that spirit of guidance and connection to our community.
The program connects committee members with mentors from our Executive Board and alumni network, creating meaningful one-on-one relationships that support personal and professional growth. Through in-person or virtual meetings, mentees receive individualized guidance as they explore career interests, navigate academic decisions, and work toward their goals. These connections offer opportunities to learn from experienced leaders and build lasting relationships beyond the typical club experience.
***Participation in the AMA Mentorship Program is exclusively available to AMA at Baruch Committee members***
A Program Worth Being Part Of
This program is one of the most meaningful programs that the American Marketing Association of the Baruch Chapter provides. Curated by our Assistant Vice President and Executive Vice President, it is designed by your fellow AMA members FOR AMA members. Whether you are looking to deepen your involvement in the chapter or seeking direction as you navigate your professional path, the Mentorship Program is a valuable place to begin.
Please note that applications for Fall 2026 are now closed. We encourage you to stay connected with AMA Baruch for updates on future cycles. We look forward to welcoming you into the program.
