The Events committee is in charge of:

  • assisting both directors in planning events, including the GIMs, social events, professional workshops, collaborative events with other clubs and guest speakers and the AMA final ceremony

  • schedule events and manage room bookings with the Office of Student Life

  • organize the events in detail and plan for catering food and all necessary supplies for every event.

The committee manages all essential on-site operations to ensure every event is fully equipped and runs smoothly from start to finish.
