The Events committee is in charge of:
assisting both directors in planning events, including the GIMs, social events, professional workshops, collaborative events with other clubs and guest speakers and the AMA final ceremony
schedule events and manage room bookings with the Office of Student Life
organize the events in detail and plan for catering food and all necessary supplies for every event.
The committee manages all essential on-site operations to ensure every event is fully equipped and runs smoothly from start to finish.
